Paul Dessau had various haircuts during his lifetime. He was well recognized as a great composer, conductor, musicologist, university teacher and film score composer. Nevertheless, the German composer and conductor was particularly known for his special sense of fashion and his adorable character. Before his tragic death at the age of 85 he was again and again in the spotlight of magazines and tabloids due to his exceptionally haircuts.
